Luna PR is a crypto and blockchain marketing and PR agency. We are located in Business Bay. The CEO is looking for a Personal Assistant and an Office Secretary/HR.
Job Scope:
– Scheduling zoom calls and meetings for the CEO
– Sending client contracts and following up on payments
– Managing office files, paperwork, kitchen, and other miscellaneous items.
Timing:
– Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm. However, the CEO is working with clients globally, so the candidate needs to be on the ball, and ensure calls and meetings are booked even over weekends.
Requirements:

– Good command of English (written and verbal).

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
