We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Team with in-depth technical knowledge in delivering cutting-edge financial services, including payments through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings and engaging presentations to communicate insights and discoveries.
• Extract vital information from stakeholder meetings to generate actionable reports.
• Analyze business processes, predict future requirements, identify areas for enhancement, and design and execute effective solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
• Oversee project deliverables, ensuring timely project completion.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, working productively and efficiently. Collaborate with senior team members to strategize client issue resolution and project obstacles.
• Keep abreast of industry news and payment trends, contributing to the company’s repository of payment knowledge and training resources.
• Contribute to business development efforts within the advisory services division, including sourcing and responding to relevant requests for proposals in the payments sector.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to craft compelling diagrams, charts, and process flows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Strong documentation and writing abilities to produce clear and concise materials.
• Solid quantitative skills and the capability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, forming strategic narratives to address client requirements.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Information Technology, preferably in the Banking or Digital Financial Services sectors, covering aspects such as business requirement analysis, payment systems and real-time payments.
