About the Role
– Reporting to the Senior Vice President
– Leading Planning Control and Project Scheduling across the business
– Site management of Planners and Schedulers
– Managing multiple projects concurrently
– Leading automation initiatives across the in-house disciplines
– Champion of business automation costs
– Responsible for end to end service delivery
– Developing effective project governance, systems and processes
– Strategic understanding of various methods of planning, scheduling and controls
– Leading engagement with internal departments and external stakeholders
About You
You shall ideally have upwards of 15 years experience of Planning Project Control ideally within a Contractor, Real Estate or Developer setting. The successful candidate shall a proven background of managing multiple projects concurrently across in-house functions. As an experienced Scheduler you should be able to display proven site management of planning and scheduling teams and possess the communication skills to report to the top echelons of the business. It is highly desirable that you have managed automation initiatives to streamline reports between different internal business functions.
