QUALIFICATIONS: Male, 27 to 35 years oldGraduate of BS Chemistry or related fieldFamiliar in working with production system modules and programsWith knowledge in safety protocol and proceduresWith strong organization and analytical skillsExperience in paint manufacturing industry, preferred ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement, and monitor daily production schedule to ensure that production requirements are met as per target and delivery schedule with good consistent quality at all times.Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, and QA for the completion of batches.Allocate and direct manpower based on production activities.Prepare data and implement the production-related modules on ERP system.Control stock variances, stock accuracy, and batch variances.Analyze and submit plant performance analysis and other reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Suggest and monitor improvements in reduction of production costs.
