Job Requirements:
• Receiving Manpower Requirements from different divisions
• End to end Recruitment as per the Manpower request
• Screening and shortlisting CV for different positions in various divisions
• Initial HR Interviews
• Perform and record Reference checks
• Drafting and execution of Employment Contracts
• Air tickets and hotel booking
• Preparation and maintenance of Personnel Files
• Initiating and follow up of new visas
• Ticketing and Travel
• Intimation of company property requirement to different departments Laptop / Email / Business Card / Sim Card
• Orientation and Onboarding arrangement
• Organizing Medical and EID with PRO for visa stamping
• Applying Medical Insurance for the new joiners
• Requesting for the salary card for new labours
• Tracking and timely renewal of Licenses/Camps/Insurance/ISO
• Health Insurance & Group Life Insurance (Renewal, Addition, Deletion & Claims)
• Workmen’s Compensation (Renewal, Addition, Deletion & Claims)
• MIS
• Maintain track of New Quota in coordination with PRO.
• Renewal and finalization of labour camps and settlement of Labour camp issues in coordination with the PRO
• Coordination with Labour Supply/Recruitment Agencies for the overseas manpower recruitment
• ISO follow-up & responsible for external annual audit
• Other responsibilities related to the HR department as required from time to time
