To act as first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external customers.
Manage and coordinate internal and external communications.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Requirements
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Providing input on all compensation and benefits related matters including new offers, pay reviews, promotions, transfers within policies and guidelines.
Overseeing and enforcing the attendance policy, monitoring company wide attendance data, and coordinating with individual employees with regard to attendance issues.
Leave and overtime calculation and management
Ensure compensation and benefits related databases are maintained accurate and up to date.
Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs, as well as improve the delivery of programs.
Lead and manage the internal magazine from start to end.
Assist and explain procedures and policies in response to inquiries.
