3 years experience minimum in a high- hand restaurant. Experience in party restaurant or famous fine dining venue.Working experience in st Tropez, Cannes , Courchevel, St Barth, Miami, London or Dubai is a must.Good knowledge of wine & champagne also premium spirits.Must have good knowledge of French gastronomy.Outgoing personality is required.
