Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent English, other languages beneficial
• Proven work experience in sales
• Ability to follow script
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective commnication skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
• Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
• Flexible and ambitious attitude

Responsibilities:

• Generating and qualifying leads over the phone
• Managing, tracking, and following up on leads
• Maintain close business relationships with clients
• Conducting sales presentations through the phone
• Assist clients in understanding buying and selling stocks, commodities..
• Meeting monthly sales goals
• Extensive sales training is given to all newly recruited and staff has the opportunity of ongoing education to extend their knowledge in business and improve their skills
