KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through a direct presence in 12 countries and more than 60 distributor markets within the region. To complement our growth plans, Service Sales is considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Service Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Executive to be based in our Muscat, Oman office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma holder
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience having a solution-selling approach
Good understanding of the Service / Maintenance business
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
Previous Oman Sales experience is a must
Fluency in English is a must & Arabic communication is an added advantage.
