Kingston Stanley Hiring for Integrated Client Services Director at Abu Dhabi Full Time

We are hiring for a talented Integrated Client Services Director with a focus on Integrated Communications (Advertising, PR, Digital/Social). The successful candidate needs to be based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, based on the specific needs of the role. Role Purpose:

• Leading and managing an integrated client servicing team across various communication domains (Advertising / Digital / PR)
• Ensuring that we truly integrate our communications functions from an account management perspective.
• Responsible for all operational and financial elements of the team.

Other responsibilities:

• Play a key role in new business development and creating and deepening client relationships
• Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.
• Track reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
• Run day to day operations of a full service Integrated Communications Agency, and supervise the teams output and troubleshoot problems and issues that may arise.
• Oversee and lead the Client Services teams as they manage and grow existing client accounts.
• Lead pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.

The candidate:

• At least 10-12 years experience, preferably with a multinational agency with exposure to an integrated communications agency environment
• The individual should be based in / flexible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, due to the dynamics of the role and clients involved.
