About the role

The role of Raw Material Call-off responsible for supporting the execution of the production plans through the procurement of the raw materials in an efficient and timely manner. This position is for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. 

Key responsibilities

• Documentation on the environmental and agricultural permit and insert authorization on on-line banyan system
• Assigned in modification and translation of label to/from Arabic/English and communicating to supplier
• Issuing PO in a timely manner and communication with Supplier regarding all terms and conditions
• Timely submission of documents and PM samples to concerned department for approval
• Optimizing RM-Pm stock with proper schedule based on Production Forecast
• Optimizing RM-Pm stock with proper schedule based on Production Forecast
• Minimizing demurrages by closely monitoring incoming deliveries and with constant communication with the concerned personnel/department may it be internal or external.

Qualifications and skills

Fresh Graduate with minimum 2 years experience would be an added advantage.
