Our newest opportunity is for a talented Public Relations Officer to join our award-winning team based in Qatar.
This position is responsible for providing advisory support to employees, closely liaising with Government entities and HR departments to ensure work requirements are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Supporting the HR team to promote and maintain a high standard of service delivery to meet required deadlines.
- Providing information to employees on HR/Labour policies and procedures and government related issues.
- Assisting employees in dealing with issues related to Government departments.
- Coordinating with Ministry senior management on relevant immigration matters.
- Assisting with processing of entry visas and completing paperwork for visa designation changes when required.
- Arranging attestation processing for employee’s personal documents required for Government purposes.
- Monitoring exit permit applications and issue where required.
- Handling all stages of employee repatriation procedures.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within a large, multi-cultural organization.
