About the job:

Kent is recruiting a Project Manager, for a project in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate must have relevant Project Management experience within the Oil and gas industry and experience in Pipeline.

Your responsibilities:

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Qualification/ Certification:

• Preferably Degree qualified
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP),

Skills Requirement:

• Basic windows office packages.
• 15 years post qualification experience
• 15 years relevant industry experience
• 5 years relevant experience in the role
• 10 years overseas experience, in particular experience in KSA
• Pipeline experience

Communication:

• Strong people management and interpersonal skills
• Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Details about the role:

• Work with the regional management team to develop and articulate a clear strategy and execution plan for the company.
• Lead and develop an effective team of competent personnel to manage and execute.
• Provide strong, decisive, leadership and guidance so that the direction for the project is clearly understood, communicated and executed.
• Embrace and develop a team culture that is energetic, has a sense of urgency and a positive approach whilst ensuring that it is a positive, balanced and enjoyable working environment.
• Develop and enhance effective communications and relationships across the project so that there is a good network within the team and a strong culture of teamwork and trust.
• Establish and maintain an excellent business relationship with the client.
• Communicate lessons learned on the project to the Country Manager to promote continual improvement and consistency across all projects in the region.
