The Food Servers’ responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers’ needs are met, and they have an excellent time. Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
• Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner. Rotates position from Beverage, Dinning, and dishwasher as directed by the floor supervisor
• Cleaning and clearing tables.
• Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins and replenishing condiments.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Performing closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming and preparing linens for collection by laundry service.
• Learning about food and beverages, such as non-alcoholic drinks and coffees.
• Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously.
• Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into point of sale (POS) system.
• Following up on food and beverage orders with back of house (BOH).
• Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
• Issuing guests with their check on request and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
• Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: BD170.000 – BD250.000 per month
