About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to support the Hotel Marketing team in the development of visual solutions to the communication needs of the department, which includes the creation of visual concepts along with the adaptation of existing artworks and master creative concepts into other sets of deliverables, in adherence with brand guidelines.
Your main duties will include: Engage and manage marketing events which consists of media relations, advertising & promotion, social media platform and public event management. Create, develop and expand dynamic content on social media platforms, e.g Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Organize, develop, and implement effective marketing communication campaigns. Establish and develop marketing communication collaterals which include magazines, flyers, banners, posters, press advertisements, and packaging. Accomplish projects from initial concept to final execution. Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations. Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalized as optimal output. Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events. Assist with content development. Maintenance of website content, working closely with 3rd party provider to ensure products listed online are accurate and effectively promoted. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested. About You:
Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing, Graphic Design or its equivalent. Knowledge in Graphic Design/Multimedia or a related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is an advantage. Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage. Proficient in social media. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office software. Knowledge in Adobe After Effects is an added advantage. Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail. Highly creative, technically inclined, and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through. Good team player that has the hotel’s vision in mind and constantly works toward it. Ability to work with deadlines and multiple on-going projects. Bilingual – Arabic/English is an asset.
