Attending to Customer calls, Email queries & Conducting surveys
Follow up and Resolving Customer complaints
CC/CX Data Management and Scheduled reporting on CC/CX activities
Coordination – Internal within CSD and External – Service Partners
Management Reporting – KPI and CC/CX Activity & Cost reporting
(CC – Call Center & CX – Customer Experience)
