The main duty of a Mechanical Supervisor is to oversee repair and installation work conducted by mechanics in various refinery and harbor department. Conducts inspections, ensures that safety procedures are being adhered to and maintains inventory of machine parts. He will create work performance reports, document the production of mechanics.

• Supervised team members charged with inspection and repair of plant equipment. Planned and managed assignments of 15 personnel members working in 3 separate shifts. Coordinated operational audits.
• Effectively enforced compliance with top quality standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies / procedures.
• Maintained superior levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and timely delivery of operation process
• Completed training in management, lean practices (Kaizan), and Six Sigma operations.
• Perform cost analysis and implemented change that saves 5% from cost center budget annually
• Developed technical knowledge of refinery equipment to make critical economic decisions
• Estimated and procured material equipment needed to complete works for the purpose of ensuring timely completion for whole assigned tasks.
• Education: Diplomas or bachelors in mechanical engineering Maintenance.

Experience: 3 4 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in edible oil industries plant
