Roles and Responsibility
- Leads the IT Governance team and is accountable for that teams performance.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Key Performance Indicators for overall IT Performance
- Responsible and accountable for the IT Governance (Policy Management, Enterprise Security Framework, Data Governance).
- Leads teams responsible for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of a secure environment
- Manages teams responsible for ensuring adequate security processes and solutions are in place to mitigate or remediate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives, contractual and/or regulatory requirements.
- Delivers Key Performance indicators to drive success to leadership
- Builds and maintains a highly engaged team. Leads team to execute on strategy and to continuously improve service levels.
