KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Building Successful Relationships:
– Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
– Works collaboratively with vendors to negotiate contract ensuring agreement are mutual beneficial and align with company policies
– Works with Human Resources to ensure compliance as per the local law
– Attends customer events, career fairs, meetups and webinars to maintain, build or develop future prospects.
Market Analysis, Market Presence and Financial:
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to adjust strategies accordingly.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence in Middle East
– Develop and execute accurate revenue forecast, monitor pipelines and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue target
– Reviews future pipeline to identify areas of improvement.
Team Leadership:
– Foster and guide a dynamic team of recruitment to achieve and surpass their targets
– Support, provide guidance to, and manage the efforts of the aligned recruiters.
– Lead and develop the recruiting team, own the full spectrum of recruiting nurses including sourcing strategies, job posting tactics, assessments, interviewing best practices.
Reporting:
– Ensure tracking is done for all the activities
– Maintain a mechanism to ensure all reporting are accurate and delivered timely
– Status reporting, risks and issues (and any escalations)
– Financial controls and status
What you bring to the table:
We are open to consider candidates only from recruitment experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:
Education: MBA from reputed University/College is mandatory
Experience:
– 8 to 10 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role in health care talent sourcing in a global capacity
– In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
– Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
– Experience with recruitment marketing tools and portals
– A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
– Focus on accuracy and high-quality work with a sense of urgency
– Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused
– Expert in communicating with international clients from various Continents
– Excellent leadership and management skills – Desirable
– Demonstrable influencing skills – Desirable
– Able to work effectively, individually and responsibly without close supervision – Essential
– Extensive travelling required across the Globe
