JD Manpower Consultancy Hiring for Mechanical Pipe Fitters / Plumber at Qatar Full Time

Job Location : Qatar

80% of the time spent in non-air conditioned workshop environment or at site

QAR 1800 – 2100 + FAT

Requirements:

• Passed High Secondary School Certificate or ‘O’ level certificate
• Able to speak and understand English
• Minimum Five (5) years of working experience as a Mechanical Pipe Fitter/Plumber in Oil & Gas Or Petrochemical Industry.
• Familiar and able to use pipe fitting hand tools and power tools safely.
• Having work experience on pipe fitting works, threaded pipe fabrication, pipe hanger & support and valve & flange installation. Also experience in plumping standard method of testing, modern practices and materials and adopt them in to working place.
• Good knowledge of welding work is an added advantage.
• Able to read P&ID and piping & engineering drawings.
• Preferably possession of Rigger and Scaffolding Certificate
• Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance of valves and other equipment in the pipelines including valve greasing, replacing of leaking valve and gasket of the pipelines.
• Replace leaking or corroded oil, gas and water pipelines of various sizes within Dukhan Fields
• Carry out all related plumbing maintenance works.
