What is Specialist Quality Assurance?
A key role in the organization who is responsible to gauge the customer experience at all interaction points. This person plays a role of an experience champion in the customer experience function as he/she will have first hand information of customer pain points and reasons to call/visit at any touch point.
The role reports directly to the QA Manager and will be part of an extended team of 14 highly motivated and esteemed members.
