Your Impact:

We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. Based onsite supporting a mega project in Tabuk, the Head of Risk Management will provide strategic direction and take full responsibility leading the delivery partnership’s integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.

You will work as part of an integrated team to identify & assess the impact of risks & opportunities on the realisation of anticipated benefits, project schedule, cost & quality and look at implementing appropriate measures for success in a collaborative fashion with the team. You will operate in a matrix organisation (dual reporting) influencing at senior-level management.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Extensive consulting background negotiating with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors and contractors.
• 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 15 – 20 years related experience in risk management.
• Able to demonstrate strong management skills including plus proficient in the use of estimating scheduling, programming and risk tools.
• Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors throughout large and complex construction projects, in a regulated environment.
• Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices is required
• Extensive work-related experience ideally gained in the MEA region
