ISS International is looking for a Plan and Cost Control Engineer for a big project in Bahrain for an important international client. BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE Provide critical assessment of budgets and cost projections. Collect, maintain and update resource costs. Prepare detailed cost forecast reports for multiple concurrent projects Create, maintain, review and administer schedules and plans. Liaise with relevant team members & stakeholders to discuss the progress, measure and assess the progress. Present the information and status in reports S-curves etc. Review, identify the problems, issues and advise on the recovery plans etc. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE a. B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. b. PMP certified or equivalent. c. Will have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the field of cost control in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical industry. With five (5) in a supervisory position d. Able to generate budgets and reports with solid networking and interpersonal skills. e. Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
