About the Role:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to help propel our company to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to establish long-term goals and operational plans.

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of various departments including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet high-quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and financial health.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation throughout the organization.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to protect employees and reduce risks.

Customer Focus:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of product quality and service delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing manufacturing operations. Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
