The Role
Irwin & Dow are recruiting a Personal Assistant for our client, a medical professional of international acclaim based between UAE, Los Angeles, and London. The role will provide the highest level of strategic operational support, supporting his already well-established clinics in the group and assisting with the development, design, and function of new clinics. Additionally, the role will provide 1:1 support to the Principle, managing client engagement with significant UHNWI’s globally, liaise with the private PA based in LA regarding travel and diary management, property maintenance and household management, plus provide complex reporting about ongoing projects onto the Principle. We are seeking a high achiever, someone who is ambitious and wants to develop within the group. Principle is a very intelligent man, who is driven with exacting standards in terms of attention to detail and time management. The role is highly project driven and candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage feasibility reports, design phases of the projects and mange budgets accordingly. The Principle spends significant time outside of the UAE, hence the Personal Assistant has very much a key strategic and advisory focus and will have the autonomy as well as the support to make decisions on his behalf and report into key stakeholders.

Requirements
This will be a 24/7 commitment but as such, will be highly rewarded. There will be travel between the USA, UK and UAE and there will be considerable independence in the role for the right individual. There are many opportunities to grow and make an impact within the business, but it is imperative that the private support is maintained to the principle when required. Due to the nature of the business, we are seeking candidates with no real ties, who are meticulous in their presentation, as they represent the Principle and are the face of the organisation. English must be your first language and you should be comfortable in engaging with the UHNW.
