Education / Certifications : One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required .
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or other related field required.
5 years of combined experience in: Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource
Administration or Generalist experience, training, and payroll required.
General working knowledge in international and local national HR disciplines, best practices and reporting requirements.
Experience
Must possess advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with system implementation, upgrades, application configuration, systems analysis, requirements definition, and user testing.
A solid understanding of core HR business practices is required (HRIS, Recruiting, Performance Management) and needs the ability to develop solutions to technology-related business problems /opportunities.
Must be a problem solver, able to provide analysis to understand root causes and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
Excellent project management, communication and organization skills.
Strong oral / written communication, organizational, presentation and facilitation skills.
Skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team of 5-10 people. Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint). Ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service in exigent circumstances.
