We are looking for a female candidate for the position of Receptionist / Administration Assistant. Communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. Multitasking abilities are a plus.
· Managing client relations – ensure that vendor, client, candidate, and customer visitors are directed appropriately
· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, as well as record accurate and complete messages.
· Manage routine administrative tasks and duties related to the organization.
· Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Manager, perform other duties in order to effectively manage the office.
· Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants
