Insignia Dubai are seeking an energetic intern for an exciting project within our Jets division. The individual must be organised and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking out a footstep into the world of luxury lifestyle services and aviation.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
• Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
• Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
• Assists the MD of Insignia Jets on all tasks.
• Represent the brand in a professional manner.

Professional Requirements:

• University Graduate ideally.
• Savvy in Microsoft software including word, excel.
• Interest in Aviation / Luxury lifestyle services is a plus.
• Organised.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be eager to learn and develop within a brand.
• Fluent in English, another language is a plus.
