Purpose:
The purpose of this role is:
– To provide outstanding customer service to clients by booking them appointments, welcoming them, checking them in, assisting, advising with the use of fitness equipment and dealing with any requests, issues or complaints.
– To act as first point of contact for customers, who visit the studio or contact the company to enquire about services or products, and to make sure they have the best customer experience and leave extremely happy and satisfied with the service they receive.
Responsibilities:
– Provide clients with exceptional customer service to first-class standards to promote positive client experience.
– Greet clients warmly, welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and products and schedule appointments based on availability.
– Book, assist and confirm appointments correctly and efficiently without any mistakes to create the highest productivity and to minimize down time.
– Assist clients with the use of fitness equipment, provide information and advice until they are satisfied, and their individual needs are met.
– Manage all areas of studio operations, process transactions, issue receipts, take responsibility for daily financial revenue report and other operational reports, offer branded merchandise and refreshments to clients.
– Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest level, to sanitization standards of the beauty industry and to Covid-19 regulations.
– Build long-term relationships, engage with clients to understand their feelings, and needs. Inform clients about new services, offers and discounts. Update client records with details, appointments and services offered and used.
– Address and handle client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Have 1-2 years of customer service experience working with a wide range of people and to the highest standards.
– Outstanding customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile for each client.
– Good English speaker with excellent communication skills (verbal, written and over the phone).
– Intelligent and fast learner.
– Honest and trustworthy.
– Professional, presentable, and well mannered.
– Enthusiastic, confident, and energetic with excellent work ethics.
– Can work individually as well as part of a team
– Ability to work under pressure and with integrity without supervision.
– Have genuine interest in fitness, health, and well-being.
