Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Shall have experience in implementations of SAP EAM MDG (SAP MDG with AIN, Utopia EAM/AIW)
• Experience of architecting and designing SAP MDG solutions on SAP S/4HANA for oil and gas customers
• Responsible for Architecture Design, Leading Implementation, Configuration, Client Workshops and Client Training
• Good understanding of SAP EAM Master data (Equipment, Functional Location etc) domain
• Experience in conducting workshops and requirements analysis to help the client understand the various deployment approaches of SAP MDG as well as data model extensions
• Must be experienced in all areas of SAP Plant Maintenance, including integration with other SAP modules, ALE/IDOCs and describe how SAP Plant Maintenance integrates into the end-to-end process of a major oil and gas organization.

Preferred

• Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance or SAP Enterprise Asset Management
• Shall have experience in overall asset management solutions including but not limited to: asset master data management, work order management, work scheduling, material procurement, reliability process, work permits, isolation management, etc.
• Preferably have experience in digital transformation-related areas and have experience delivering the module(s) within scope, budget and quality for major oil & gas companies in at least three (3) end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
• Shall demonstrate exceptional written and oral communications skills, including being able to deliver formal presentations to different audiences.
