Description
Responsiblefor new sales & renewal of Hire Contracts, AMC (within group & directfrom client)
§ Promote and develop our share inDubai & UAE market.
§ Develop strategy for BusinessDevelopment with New Customers.
§ Meticulously meet the pre-set targetas a part of the contract
§ Organize and proactively coordinatewith office & clients for enquiries. Quotations, Credit Approval, LPO, LPOT& C, Delivery & off hire, Meeting SLA norms
§ To liaise with clients on variousquality safety & other issues.
§ Specialized in Technical &Commercial matters with updated information.
§ Make & organize presentationswith various presentations with various potential clients.
§ Be updated with the latest updateddevelopment in the field.
§ To be well conversant with thefederal policies.
§ Preparing & submitting daily& scheduled feedback & follow up reports.
§ Planning and adhering to daily call& visit existing & approvals if required.
§ Ensuring the contracts terms arefollowed by the client and taking the corrective measures well in time.
§ Site visits with customer meetingsto ensure that our Rental Assets are not misused by the client.
§ Coordination & follow up withoperations team for delivery, off hire, gate passes, documentation,correspondence to meet clients requirements etc.
§ Coordination & follow up withoffice & vendors for timely execution of works.
§ Ensuring compliance to Imdaad’s EHSQpolicy & guidelines.
§ Checking the safety, qualitytraining & other requirements & liaise with client/site & officewith documentation/correspondence & to ensure adherence by the team.
§ Ability to perform & assist inpreparation of Sales Budget/forecast, costing, Risk management, work methodstatements & preparing proactive action plan to achieve & exceed setargets.
§ Observing & improvingperformance, time mangemen5, punctuality, effectiveness, satisfaction for allthe project work.
§ Observing & resolving any issues& problems faced by Operations team with the client.
§ Ability to convince, explain, coach,motivate the team for keeping the work flow on track.
§ Submitting suggestions for process& quality improvements for our services, customer support, office supportsystems etc
§ Maintaining confidentiality ofcompany & department for enquiries, orders, activities, documents etc.
§ After office hours quick responses& availability to meet customers & office priorities & emergencies.
§ Undertake other associated &additional tasks allotted by the management time to time.
Qualifications
Education/Qualification
§ BachelorDegree in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.
§ Excellentcommunication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be anadvantage.
§ Must have excellent computerliteracy with MS office.
Experience
10-12 years of experience in the relevant trade with 4-5 yearssupervisory experience.
