Supervise that the procedures and standards established by the company are correctly complied with,
ensure the appropriate use of inventories, as well as the proper use of the resources provided by the company,
take care of the assets that the company has to operate the store,
review the correct management of quality and presentation, perform daily inventories and order supplies.
Shift management when the manager is not in the store, crisis situations and ensure quality and customer service.
Plan, direct and supervise the programs of the different areas so that they are the most effective and efficient when developing them, preferably having worked in fast food and being able to work under pressure.
