Job description

Contract work.
Legal support of current activities, responses to requests, preparation of letters, document packages, business correspondence with partner companies.
Development and maintenance of legal documentation, preparation of internal legal documentation (protocols, orders, acts, etc.).
Preparation of general legal consultations at the request of management.
Communication with government/regulatory bodies.
Identifying legal risks at work and making proposals for their minimization.

Higher legal education.
Experience in working with contracts, providing consultations.
Knowledge of civil, tax, labor law, intellectual property, corporate law.
Experience in the IT field is welcome.
High level of communication skills and responsibility, attention to details, compliance with the ethics of business communication.
Knowledge of English.
