Your Role and Responsibilities

GBS Associates are new hires who are graduates between 0-2 years of experience, they are new to the corporate workplace. This Program helps new associates gain foundational knowledge through an engaging and interactive onboarding and induction centered around working in The IBM Way. Introduce them to our history, provide an overview of IBM and GBS, our strategy, our organization structure, eight key offerings, market approach, and our emphasis on research and innovation.

As a GBS Associate you will gain exposure to Cognitive, Cloud, Data, SAP, Delivery Quality, Agile, Problem solving and of course you will have a career journey plan.
