Ibin Ajayan Projects Hiring for Project Manager at Qatar Full Time

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities :

• Determine and define scope of work and deliverables.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
• Prepare and submit the project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Manage costs in order to meet budget.
• Provide direction to the project team to execute the job within the deadline.
• Manage construction schedule and activities.
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.

Requirement :

• Should have a degree in Civil Engineering with UPDA, Grade A
• Min (08) years relevant experience within Qatar or GCC in construction of building projects including (villas and majlis)
• Must have a good local networking for business development.
• Must have proficient knowledge of computers.

Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month
