Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Agile principles and practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the Agile development process, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of agile project management experience, along with relevant certifications and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within the banking sector, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with banking business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Guide and coach development teams on Agile best practices, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and stakeholders to share best practices, align priorities, and contribute to the overall Agile maturity of the organization.
• Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the Agile teams.
• Track and communicate key project metrics and progress to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making and effective project governance.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting team engagement, motivation, and high-performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably within the banking sector or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PMI-ACP) are required.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies in the banking sector.
• Solid understanding of banking processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and driving results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Technical background or understanding of banking systems and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
