Job Title: 365 CRM Solution Architect / Functional Consultant
Location: On-Site (Dubai)
Job Type: Contract 6 months (extendable based on business requirements)

Role Summary:
We’re seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect / Functional Consultant who can engage directly with our customer to gather and analyze requirements, design a tailored solution, and support the implementation process. You’ll collaborate closely with our development team to bring this solution to life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and doent business requirements
• Design a robust, scalable solution within Dynamics 365 CRM to meet complex customer needs
• Develop and optimize workflows, business processes, and automation using Dynamics 365 CRM tools, including Power Automate
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of the solution design
• Ensure the solution aligns with industry best practices and meets client expectations

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Functional Consultant with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM customization, process automation, and integration capabilities
