In your role as Admin Assistant you will be responsible to provide administrative support to the Executive Chef, as well as operational support to the F&B outlets’ kitchens as required. The key responsibilities include preparing, organizing and coordinating different aspects with all internal and external guests. The ideal candidate would be the one who enjoys the challenge of heavy administrative duties while maintaining a well-organized work area, schedule, and people relations.
What we are looking for:
Relevant education degree
Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests and colleagues
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent computer skills
Excellent written and spoken English
