Description:

• Physical Verification of Commercial & General Invoices (Carriage Bills).
• Accept and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner regarding all Tracker Queries.
• Effective Coordination with Contractors for timely submission of invoices and their tracker reports.
• Coordination with Tracker Companies for verification of trips / in case of Not reporting cases
• Using online web access for real-time monitoring of vehicles.
• Maintaining all the data in soft copies/Hard coated files for audit purposes.
• Ensure OGRA’s Compliance at COCO Fleet and General Carriage Contractor.
• Monitoring of COCO Fleet Operations across Pakistan.
• Maintaining all data in soft of verified and unverified trips.
• After the closing of Tracker Verification, send emails to Commercial transporters regarding Tracker Status.
• Maintain all records of PR04 Data. (Soft and Hard).
• Counseling transporters regarding PR04.
• Maintaining all the data in soft for audit purposes.
• After closing of Tracker Verification, sending emails to General transporters regarding
• Maintaining Daily Fleet Location Summary Report.
• Checking Speed violations, Night violations, and Route violations.
• Fetching Tracker reports of COCO Fleet from Base station on a daily basis and Monthly basis.
• Provision of availability List of TLs for further shipments.
• Monitoring of Outbound and Inbound TLs.
• Tracker Verification of COCO Fleet Invoices (Stock Transfer).
• Coordination with TPL Team in case of Not reporting Tracker in Coco Fleet.

Contract length: 12 months
