About the Role
Responsible for daily coordination, improvement and execution of all food manufacturing operations, overseeing production, planning, quality control and maintenance. You will also be accountable for cost management including equipment efficiencies, waste, direct labor and materials generating reports on these financial targets and other KPI’s.
Skills
Ideal candidate must have;Bachelor’s Degree (BA) Business or Public administration or related field Associate degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts is advantageousMinimum of 5 – 7 years’ experience in a Senior Management position within the Food and Beverage sector combined with experience in Operations, Sales, Inventory Control, Cost Control, Food Quality and Food Preparation procedures.Experience in contract negotiation, business law, purchasing procedures, supervising personnel and labor relations.Strong knowledge in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), safety & hygiene regulations. Knowledge in Basic accounting (cost control, inventories, P&L).A valid food handler’s license (Baladiyah card).
