Position: OSS/BSS Project Manager( Operation Support System/ Business Support System)

Relevant Experience: 5+
Location: GFX Bahrain
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bahrain.
Should have experience from Telecom companies only.

Roles:
⦁ Through understanding of Telecom’s operation and Billing System
⦁ Review and analyze the existing OSS / BSS system and put a project and technical plan to close all pending issues.
⦁ Collect from operation and Billing teams new requirement in details
⦁ Engage with billing and operation teams, Develop new requirement and project plan
⦁ Engage with vendor with for solution development, costing and time plan

⦁ As PM follow up with vendors for Deployment, installation and commissioning , O&M and support of OSS/BSS system.
⦁ Monitor and manage the project schedule and project budget, project risk and deal with operational issues.
⦁ Ensure that minutes will be taken and report to the director.
⦁ Understand database and application configuration issues.
⦁ Escalate and ensure resolution of the bugs and application specific faults to the software development teams
⦁ Conducting meeting and conference calls to clarify requriements and explain business process management
⦁ Manage the ongoining development for the whole suite of OSS/ BSS system deployed by the vendor
