Job Description

Corporate Pastry Chef with focus on R&D

Restaurant group with multiple brands including international franchises and their own regional brands

Restaurants throughout the GCC region with expansion

Oversee Research and Development of new bakery and pastry items for their own regional brands

Oversee all bakery and pastry quality, training, costing and production at central kitchen and restaurant outlets

Based in Kuwait City

Requirements

Must be European Available in 30 days or less

Valid Passport

Executive Pastry experience for high quality restaurants and/or patisseries
