Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in Honeywell Building Technologies in the role of Sales Account Manager – HBT to be based in Oman, Muscat. In this role, you will win, maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based in the Oman region and responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Snr Account Manager represents the entire range of Security Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. You will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our HBT organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
· Responsible for the sales revenue and develop appropriate Channels, manage existing partners , training and development.
· Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly and through system integrators
· Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
· Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
· Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
· Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales organization
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?· Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field· Excellent communication skills· Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization· Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment· Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, information architecture and information management· Team player – able to work with others as part of a team, as opposed to working separately or competitively.· Business Focus – ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.· Ability to achieve consensus (or buy-in where consensus cannot be reached) on requirements translating into business applications· Good team and communication skills· An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction· A confident, resilient personality· Confirmed ability to communicate at all levels across all internal and external partners involving strong relationship building skills· Excellent organization and planning skills· Must be an Omani National
