Job Description
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
Prepare and send invoices to Sellers as per SLA
Contact sellers as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other finance staff to ensure the accuracy
Assist the Account management team to resolve any queries coming from the sellers
Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in the accounting
Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
Qualifications
We will be targeting to attract a resource with experience between 3 to 5 years ideally in the eCommerce marketplace or retail with multiple brands.
