The Company & The Job Description:

Homes 4 U Real Estate was set up in 2006 as one of UAEs’ first Real Estate Agencies. The company focusses on existing and newly apartment & Villa communities. Our current focus is the primary & secondary market where the company has acquired regular closures. As for lead generation, company uses Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle, Database marketing and social media channels to generate a large number of enquiries on a monthly basis.

Job Specification:

• A set of property-owner leads will be handed to you. You will have to manage relationships with the owners.
• Do property viewings To obtain photographs and information about the property.
• Generate Regular listings from satisfied owners.
• Operate with confidence on Mycrm, Propspace, Brokerpad.
• Ability to Negotiate with Owners on listings.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven record of achieving Listing targets
• Preferably having 1-3 years experience in the real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
