New project /Revamp
Create project in the system
Create Item code in the system for Civil/MEP/Non-Trading/Long lead items
Generate BOQs to the approved Vendors and Contractors.
Create PR/PO
Coordinate with selected vendors for system updates on BOQ and do the final checks
Create Comparatives & share the same .
Finalize approved rates in the system after negotiation
Create Pr/Pos basis above .
Upload all the documents related to the award in the system.
Final /Variation bills closure
