Role : Project Manager

Salary : AED 40,000 with Excellent benefits

Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilties

• Provide professional project management expertise to facilitate the development of diverse projects.
• Provide professional project management expertise to support the achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs.
• Transform management’s goals and directions into specific annual objectives and KPIs, ensuring strict adherence.
• Contribute to future planning for expansions and developments, aligning strategies with management’s vision.
• Maximize achievements with optimal resource utilization and foster growth behavior among team members through development and motivation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets and quality standards, coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Participate in budgeting exercises for future projects, providing estimates aligned with our master plan.
• Prepare performance management contracts and conduct appraisals in line with HR policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Specialization in mechanical works including firefighting systems, alarms, air conditioning, and MEP power sources
• Arabic speaker, facilitating effective communication in diverse project environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
