Role : Assistant Manager – Facility management

Salary : AED 30,000 + benefits

Location : Dubai, UAE

The role oversees all aspects of facility operations within a designated area, ensuring efficient and safe functioning. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, emergency response planning, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilities Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure seamless facility performance.
2. Contractor Management: Lead service providers and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery.
3. Emergency Response: Develop and execute emergency response plans, acting as the primary point of contact during critical incidents.
4. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and compliance standards across facilities.
5. Quality Control: Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
6. Team Leadership: Assign tasks, provide mentorship, and evaluate team performance.
7. Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address inquiries promptly.
8. Budget Planning: Collaborate on budget development and control expenses effectively.
9. Inventory Management: Manage assets and equipment within the area.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Service Providers, preferably Total FM in Mixed-Used Development.
• Knowledge of MEP, Electrical, and strong Mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with DEWA regulations & Regulatory compliance.
• Native Arabic speaker proficiency.
