The role oversees all aspects of facility operations within a designated area, ensuring efficient and safe functioning. Key responsibilities include managing contractors, emergency response planning, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining quality control.
Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure seamless facility performance.
Contractor Management: Lead service providers and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery.
Emergency Response: Develop and execute emergency response plans, acting as the primary point of contact during critical incidents.
Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and compliance standards across facilities.
Quality Control: Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
Team Leadership: Assign tasks, provide mentorship, and evaluate team performance.
Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address inquiries promptly.
Budget Planning: Collaborate on budget development and control expenses effectively.
Inventory Management: Manage assets and equipment within the area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Service Providers, preferably Total FM in Mixed-Used Development.
Knowledge of MEP, Electrical, and strong Mechanical skills.
Familiarity with DEWA regulations & Regulatory compliance.
