Job Details :
• Carrying out the implementation of related company policies and procedures.
• Arranging the accommodation for the employees.
• Arranging employee’s transportation.
• Maintaining company vehicle documents for renewal of registration.
• Preparing monthly Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order for office stationary, pantry and office equipment, etc.
• Monthly running the attendance report from the Biometric Attendance System to assist in preparing Time Sheet and assist Accounts department in monthly Payroll.
• Utility bills payment
• Performing other related duties as assigned from time to time.
