We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition and reactivation strategy, planning, and execution. In this senior role, you will take charge of setting and implementing our growth marketing strategy, plans, and campaigns, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our key acquisition challenges and transforming them into opportunities. You will innovate across the value chain, collaborating closely across various teams comprised of food, digital product, data, finance, and engineering to establish marketing priorities and execute to achieve results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass designing and conducting acquisition experiments, from defining hypotheses and success criteria to capturing valuable insights and taking decisions that affect how we grow for the long and short term. Moreover, you will confidently assume an executive role across owned, earned, and paid media channels.

The mission growth marketing manager’s mission is to drive demand, capture intent and reactivate customers in order to achieve our growth goals.

Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes:

• Scale our acquisition spend profitably, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement innovative acquisition loops that drive profitability and fuel our expansion.
• Set and achieve ambitious targets for reactivating dormant customers, revitalizing our customer base.

What you’ll do

• Craft and execute acquisition and reactivation marketing strategies to achieve volume and efficiency objectives.
• Dive deep into data analytics using tools like GA, Mixpanel, and Google Optimize to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and design experiments that deliver impactful results.
• Shape the growth marketing strategy, creating comprehensive plans spanning three years, as well as annual and quarterly objectives.
• Foster a high-performing growth marketing team, hiring top talent, providing guidance and support, and cultivating a thriving team culture.
• Skillfully manage the marketing budget to achieve our target CAC within our desired LTV to CAC ratio.
• Influence strategies across the value chain to expand product solutions and capabilities that complement the customer base and growth trajectory. 

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of orchestrating major, measurable acquisition and reactivation successes.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in performance marketing at high-growth businesses.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct people management within growth marketing teams, empowering individuals to thrive and excel.
• Proficiency in various digital acquisition channels, including owned and paid media, such as paid digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and mobile/web platforms.
• Exceptional quantitative-focused growth skills, backed by a deep understanding of marketing analytics (GA, Segment, Mixpanel, and other similar platforms).
• Exceptional expertise in identifying, prioritizing, and nurturing new acquisition loops, driving continuous growth.
• In-depth experience in organizing frequent A/B and multivariate tests, extracting valuable insights, and iterating strategies based on results.
• A profound understanding of user psychology, enabling you to effectively communicate insights, inspire teams, and drive meaningful actions.
• Exposure to agile cultures and a mindset geared towards MVP and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing, enabling targeted and personalized campaigns that maximize customer engagement.
